Residential & Commercial Weekly Maintenance

 

Perricone Brothers Landscaping Inc. maintenance is based on superior quality control. Our company takes pride in making your home or place of buisness attain a beautiful curb appeal.  Your landscaping is an investment, so our job is to keep it looking sharp and under control. We provide maintenance services starting in April through mid November for your landscaping needs.  The following is a general guideline for the weekly maintenance of services to our residential homeowners, homeowner associations, and to the commercial market.    

 

Spring clean-up performed in April includes:

-Dethaching or handraking turf areas to reduce dead organic matter

-Removal of weeds and winter debris

-Hand edging of tree rings and plant beds

-Mowing grass and power edging sidewalks

 

Weekly maintenance performed during the months of May through the end of October includes:

• -Mowing all turf areas
• -Trimming of turf outlines and hand edging of beds and tree rings
• -Weeding
• -Blowing of all extra clippings and debris
• 
  

Fall clean-up performed in November includes:

• -Mowing of turf
• -Removal of leaf debris from lawn and plant beds
• -Cutting down perennials and removing annual flowers on final visit

We also provide shrub and evergreen trimming performed two times per season by removing current season growth.

 

Our fertilizer and weed control program requires all six of our applications in order to work properly and effectively. This includes six applications of balanced nutrition for your lawn along with weed control and grub control.
